There are some things we can try to get the tournament back, if it suddenly disappeared:
1.- Restart the game, and play some regular levels
2.- Restart the device, and play some regular levels
3.- Log out of your account, log back in, and play some regular levels
If none of it worked, please let us know:
- Are you playing on the same device?
- Have you travelled to another country?
- Have you changed the time settings on your device?

I have a problem with the All Stars competition, because I was in first place in the first round of knockouts until the end of the entire round, when the round clock struck 00:00, suddenly instead of information about moving to the next round, I only received a set of consolation candies, which is a huge disappointment for me, since I took 1st place in the table, I think there was some error. Please reinstate me to the 2nd round knockout competition because in this case I felt cheated, Please help me

Oh that's not good. I understand you were actually playing when the clock struck 00:00, and that the event didn't just disappear, but sent you a message saying you had not made it to the next stage?
Could it be possible that a player went online just before the time and their progress was updated just then?

when the clock struck 00:00 I was in first place in the table, I was online all the time, so suddenly the result or time couldn't change because the round had already ended. I didn't get the message about moving on to the next round, I just received a box with boosters, and now looking in the application I see that I can't play the 2nd round, I think there was an error and I wasn't qualified for the next round, but I filled out the qualification form and received a badge ,,All Stars Qualifier 2024 ⭐Divine! You have qualified for the next All Stars round ⭐”. Sorry for my english, but im from Poland
