Did you close the app then when you next opened it the event was gone with time left? In that case you can try to play a few old levels then new ones to see if it comes back. If not close then open the app again and repeat once. If it does not come back, ya King might see eating another lawsuit. Events vanishing is a known bug and even though the above is usually the solution, kinda hard to expect players to know that and any "stuff happens" clauses in the game rules would likely not hold up in court. Courts laugh at EULA and such.
Ya, good call. With two already competing for the top spot it would just end up draining your bank account.
It's really the downside of the contest. There is no ranking system in general so no one really knows where they stand and the contest is set up to exploit that.
Hopefully this year we can snag some leader board results for next year.
I have the same problem, it just disappeard while playing. All the hours that i put in it are gone i think..
yep , and the winner from last year, probably got help from family or friends playing for him too , it should be a fear game contest, I agree is millions of people playing, is difficult to keep track of so many players, but it can be done right, so people don’t need to spend so much money trying to reach the finals , I did spend some, but I have my limits, I heard people spend money rent? Really? That’s crazy!!

I just now tapped out because the top two on my leader board were well over 2 million in about 8 hours . So apparently it's do able. In fact this morning after my first level which I thought was fast I was 26 out of 50. I picked up my pace and in a few hours clawed my way up to 12th place with a steady climb but realized the top two were still moving ahead slightly faster. I knew that investing in boosters I could get ahead of most of the pack but the top two...only if they slept and I didn't. So, I met my match " hats off...impressive pace"
You can assume it was whatever it was. You will not have a snowballs chance in a blast furnace in court. Again being at 15K does not mean you are a pro. Nor does the fact you chose to spend money matter.
Believe me I pointed out your stars per hour was insanely low. The winner last year got ~5 million in 24 hours, that is well over 200K per hour assuming they did not sleep and 300K assuming they took 8 hours for sleep. You are not anywhere near that number.

This is a personal fraud, a marketing strategy to squeeze money out of people and make them play endlessly for nothing. I was also cheated: I played for 18 hours and spent all my gold bars. These 18 hours are daily, and suddenly someone surpassed me with a huge advantage, even completing fewer stages than me. It’s absurd! Claiming that it was another player is ridiculous; to me, it was a robot. Someone surpassing, completing fewer stages, simply doesn’t make sense. I’ve already sent an email to the company, but they did nothing. However, we must unite and complain, as the game is just a game, and without people to play, it’s worthless. If we unite, we have a chance to make a difference.

Known bug, close and open the app, play an old level or two and then a new level or two. It should reappear. If not repeat, All Stars can be a bit difficult.
@FluffyDinosaur Any chance of a new forum with individual posts about common issues and fixes. Basically if we see issue A we just link to issue A solution post in the "Issues" forum.
