Need help I’m trying everything

it’s more than 5 hours I’m trying everything I contact the support also but no answer. Does anybody know what to do the all stars event is not showing I was playing an than it disappeared? But there’s no information if I’m out or something like that ?

Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday.
Same exact thing. Just letting you know. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the right answer and yet, nothing “UNFORTUNATELY YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED”

How is that possible I finished 1st spot on the leaderboard. And now the leaderboard is gone!…! SAD TO SAY THERE IS NO ONE COULD TRULY HELP!!!!!
