this is after they confirmed the individual cheated and I didn’t make it to round 2 because of their cheating.
they addressed and said they can’t/won’t help me.
is that how king treats their customers? Allowing them to spend their money just to get cheated out of a competition?

I am very sorry to hear about the situation in your game! We are also players just like you. Only Community Managers' team are the King employees!
Regarding your complaint not being addressed, the King Player Support team must be swamped with the complaints that many of us sent in the last 2 days! Please wait for couple more days to hear back from them.
If nobody gets back to you by Monday, please post back and let me know. I can enquire with our Community In-charge and ask for the update.
** If you receive a "How did we do" (feedback) email, please do not fill it, but send a reply through that email too. You will see a line (in tiny letters) at the top of the body of the email that says "reply above this line". Send a reply and hopefully, somebody will get back to you soon🍫🍫
I did report it. They confirmed they cheated. I was in first, they were in second. They ended up winning. But yanno what your team did for me? Nothing.

Thank you for the feedback. King does not condone cheating and their team is always working on improving the games and finding ways to stop such behavior. If our in-game cheater detection system detects suspect game play, they will investigate it further. If cheating has occurred the player will be suspended.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
