What does "cheating" actually mean....?

Well, after having been accused of cheating for having more than one account I am wondering if there is a way to play the game, and enjoy the game, without cheating in any way.
My first question is:
What constitutes cheating? If it is as stated in the All Stars Terms and Conditions:
4.6.1. Using or taking advantage of any exploit or vulnerability in CCS which is not expressly authorized by us, or would reasonably be considered to not have been intended by us (in each case, whether accomplished using hardware, software, a combination thereof, or otherwise);
then does this mean that any player who just happens to come across any of the many glitches in the game that allows us to get more free boosters out of events than the game intended a cheater? "Any vulnerability not expressly authorized?" Yeah, but King aren't exactly doing anything to remove the "vulnerabilities" even though undoubtedly they know about them.

What drives players to use any form of cheating?
My suggestion would be desperation. The game cheats us, all the time. WE are being cheated by the game.

Isn't that enough to make anyone really, really angry with this game? So if we just happen to find a lucky glitch with all those nasty glitches that set us back time and again…. like this one:
Just because I had win streak boosters that King put in the wrong place….
Also how about this screenshot of a particular level I tried out this morning:
Look at it: 81 reds are required to unlock the space beneath the dragons. And the game drops us two???? Talk about the game being fixed to make a player fail and the candy drop being determined and rigged. So who is cheating whom exactly?
We cheat the game because the game cheats us all the time. ALL the time. It's a battle of wits and an arms race. Anyone not realising this is not playing Candy Crush.
The way the game is "intended" to be played is by spending lots of cash. So in effect ANY player who has found ANY way to play around these algorithms without spending money is not playing the game as it is "intended".

@christinewupp Algorithms are meant to have work around to make sure players are able to compete levels without spending and for King to say it's a free game. They depend on some players to be able to use the algorithms to compete levels. It's not cheating. About multiple accounts from what I understand you can play the same login on multiple devices. You also can play your spouses game as well even if the ip address are the same King would have no idea who's playing the game so that statement about having multiple accounts doesn't mean anything.
