Hi there and good morning, @steventseng! I'm sorry for leaving your comments mentioned because I was much busier (if I'm saying it again), I was playing other games other than King's games and on top of that I didn't start playing the event!
I'm sorry, if it's convenient that I responded to you because my memories failed to remember the objective and also your guidelines that you yourself left us with the lists of categories for the "Top That" pop-up event, but in case I'm doing my own thing work is why I'm giving answers right now.

So I got the Party booster. It took additional 4 races from my previous post. It's not bad. To complete the whole event might not be that bad. It's doable. So far I have completed 240 levels or 16 races.
The next tier *23 will only take one race. The remaining will be applied to the next tier *24. If tier *25 is also 15,000 blue candies then I would think that would also be around 4 races. Overall 6 races from now is not that bad. It's doable. ๐ I still have a day and a half. Spending 30minutes per race, that would only be an hour and a half to complete. Conservatively probable 3 hours.
