can't purchase anything or use my gold bars. can't get into app store. everything else is working

still cant figure out why it is in the constant spinning even tried to log out of facebook and then log back in and that didnt work also tried to uninstall app and then install it and ended up losing all my boosters and lives and it still was spinning
