I wanted to share a very disappointing experience re subject above. I have sent this request below numerous time to customer care and they just keep responding that they will contact you soon. They never did. What is.confusing is that this morning I sent request for a minor issue and there we get an immediate response. In my opinion this is not acceptable. I would like to hear from members if they’ve been getting the same service level.
Here the email I have been sending to customer care
I will try my best to explain the situation encountered when playing the last round of the final knockouts on May 27, 2024.
I started playing at 9:00 a.m. eastern time. Around noon I arrived at level 8843 (see attached pic). At that time I recognize that I could continue accumulating purple candies at the level and keep playing and purposely not finishing the level right away.
Around 10:00 p.m. I had to take a bathroom break. On my return the level I was playing was closed and I had to restart the level and start over. Would of this not happen at that time I had accumulated in excess of 200000 purple candies. This would of give me over 6 million points on the leaderboard if you take 200000 X 30. Instead I ended with 200000 point X 1. I checked the leaderboard and the top player had already accumulated around 3 million points. Therefore I could not have been able to make up the lost points and time.
Given my informatic background I am aware that your IT services can confirm what I am saying. In addition, your IT analysts can confirm my past leaderboard scores was always in the millions. This obviously demonstrate that I am more than capable of reaching these numbers.
I please ask that the following :
1- That this issue and email be shared to the highest level at candy crush who I have the authority to make decision in complicated and serious matter
2- That Candy Crush IT team investigate and confirm that I am being honest that I should at minimum be granted the over six million points. This would put me in the first place were I belong and guaranteed a chance at the final tournament in June 2024
3 - That you get back to me with the results before the other finalists be advised to be fair to the other competitors.
4 - That all request above is answered as soon as possible
I am available to answer and clarify any questions you may have

Hello @sablegemma I actually think that the reason you did not get a favourable reply from King is because the method you describe is frowned upon and King have been trying to eliminate this method in the contest this year by adding the following in their Terms and Conditions as a form of "cheating":
4.6.8. Taking any action or engaging with the Tournament in a manner that would be reasonably considered against the spirit of fair play.
Last year the players who topped the final groups all engaged in the method you describe deliberately by seeking out levels with dragons to be hidden and then using boosters to create never ending cascades to collect millions of candies. I personally do agree that this method is unfair to other players and not in the spirit of Candy Crush. Most of us in this community would consider this method as cheating and unfair to others who played their hearts out crushing for 24 hours by passing level after level. It is actually possible to reach 4 or 6 million points over 24 hours by playing the game normally and I suspect that those are the scores that King are looking for in the players they invite to the live finals.
Unfortunately, you will never get a real response from King on this matter, because they hide behind the T&C rules that they created (this rules only apply for real human paying gamers, the bots and cheaters get a break on this).
King is exploiting this market in several and severe imoral and lawfull ways. As they also claim, players dont have to pay for boosters, and can view adds to get them free (this is in their T&C), when we know this is a lie. In several platforms google play, Apple play, we can see users that comments that this ads are not given to any type of players (those who pay and those who dont) for more than 2 years. Theres footprints of the scam that this game aa become all over the internet...you just need to do a little research.
Hoping that before the next All Stars (if they will have one), they will Finally treat players with the respect they do deserve.
If my intentions were to cheat I would not have posted what I thought was perfectly fine. Not sure your comments are based on facts more than your personal opinion.
Should what I did considered cheating one would think King support team would have responded to my requests and advise me.
If I may, perhaps you should be careful when responding to members and be more understanding.
As well, what is wrong with King support or should I say King NO. SUPPORT. The lack and unprofessional service is despicable.
Yes, sorry. I was trying to explain why I had answered you above, but since I had upset you with my original answer I thought maybe the best thing for me to do is stop posting. I was trying to help, but I think you misunderstand my motives. It was too complicated so I deleted it.
I am just a player of the game just like you and have no personal opinion on what constitutes cheating. I have been accused myself of cheating here in the forum. I also want to point out that I don't think any King officials read any of these posts here, so to contact King you would need to directly contact Player Support. There is a "contact us" at the bottom of this page for that.
