To get information on restoring a previous account and report an error message the best place to post is as a question in the Support Forum. The Support Forum can be found if you look at the top of this page, the green circle with the ? symbol.
A lot of players have reported error messages from King's servers, which seems to be an ongoing issue with some users. This page below may be some help, as it depends on what device you are playing.
