New phone - auxiliary candies

Hello, I have a new phone and when I signed up for this game, I still had the levels I played, but I no longer have the other auxiliary candies (lollipops, fish, coconut wheel, ...) How do I proceed in order to get the obtained auxiliary candies back in full? Thank youunk you

Hello @Verun1989 when you start playing Candy Crush on a new device none of your saved boosters are transferred from your old device to your new device. Boosters can only ever be stored and used on the device on which they were won.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but Unfortunately the Boosters do not sync between devices.

Hi Verun1989, happy to have you here 😃

If you still have access to the old device, keep the game installed so you can at least use the boosters you have saved on perhaps tricky levels until you are able to collect boosters on the new device 😉
