I have not received the gold bars I won.

Hello, I have not received the gold bars I won. I don't know what the event is called. You have to play against 100 players and win as many levels as possible in a row until all opponents are eliminated. I did it, but didn't receive the 87 bars I won. I get a message telling me to restart the game, but not reinstall it. After restarting I still don't have an ingot. VG

It sounds like you have been playing Candy Royale and I'm sorry to hear about the hiccup with the gold bars. Since restarting didn’t do the trick, it’s best to get in touch with our Player Support team so they can look into this for you.
