hi, my grandson erased my candy crush game progress, is there a way to retrieve it.
In that case, contact our Player Support team through the game app and report the issue:
Next, select "My Gam Progress" from the list below:
Next, choose any topic from the list and:
Once you've picked a topic, scroll all the way down until you see "Contact Us"
Make sure you chose the correct topic:
My account was not linked to anything, it would need to be restored manually, I was in levels 14 000 something

I'm sorry to hear your game got erased but there are few things you can try to get it back:
then the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account. Try reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored.
then the levels should be saved on your King account.
Simply log back into your King account instead of Facebook to get the levels back. If you can't remember the password on your account, please tap the link below the password field to reset it.
You will need to log them out and then log back into your account in the game. Tap 'My Profile' in the game and log out at the bottom of the page to disconnect the account from the game.
If the connection to someone else's Facebook account stays stuck even though you have disconnected them, please go HERE to force the game to connect to your account instead.
