I've been playing CC for over 5 years, not sure when I started. I've had a total of 7 accounts over that time. Some of the reason I had 7 is from my accounts merging. This week I had my 4th account merge.
2 were totally merged and I can access one account with both emails. I lost all the gold and boosters from those accounts.
2 were merged and only the level I was on changed. This is what happened this last time. I was in the 3200 level range when I signed out but when I signed in on my phone this was my level. But it gets very strange now. I signed out from my phone and into my tablet....look at the level numbers.

The episode race stopped working in this account. When I opened this account it was working but it stopped about a year or more ago. The good news is it started working again with this merge!🥳
This is my current tablet level screenshot and the weekly race. I passed 5,122 levels in one week...ha ha ha... I'm only on level 5061.🤣 I don't know where the weekly contest number came from.🤷🤣 I was able to go back and replay 4000 and 5000 to get milestone boosters and 5000 banner.
I don't want anything to change or fixed, just leave it be. This explains some of those crazy high weekly race numbers I've seen. I admit I thought it was cheating when I saw them. All I did was sign out of one account and into my other account.🫤

Wow, @Kerrie What an interesting story! Yes, it does indeed explain those ridiculous scores. I am sure that there must be some players who deliberately use this system to cheat the game. I can think of one such player who posted here recently showing off his impossible scores. I had two accounts merge once but did not like it, so I now play strictly one account per device.

Thank you for posting this @Kerrie it makes things a lot clearer. I have said a few times previously I didn't believe that all of the outlandish Weekly Contest scores were caused by cheating, but were being caused by King. In many ways it is a shame to see what has happened to you as King made a similar mistake two years ago and doing this again just gives the impression they really don't care about their players.

Yes I know I had a lot of accounts but not anymore. This is my fifth issue with accounts. 2 completely merged with another and vanished. 2 merged with another account and the level I was on jumped to what my main account was on. I can still access these accounts although I never play on one and the other I play every day.
My fifth account has this problem and seems to have vanished too.
I wanted to see if the new friends challenge would assign me an opponent to play. I'd been waiting several hours and closing/reopening didn't work. I signed into another device at the same time to compare but this came up. I double checked the info and it's correct. I should have just stayed logged in but I signed out of its designated device and it came up there too. I tried to reset my password but never received the email they said they sent.
I tried logging into another game with that info and the same thing happens. I've been playing 3 accounts, that one being the third and mostly just to see what events it gets. Each account having it's own device except when I logged in at the same time to check for update on the new friends challenge.
A warning to everyone with multiple accounts…
Be careful and be prepared to lose one account your gold and boosters if you use the same device.

Thanks, yes I've been there and done that. Two of my accounts merged last summer and since then I only ever use one device per account. For now anyway.
