I asked before, never got any info...has anyone had issues with the chocolate box? Mine has not worked for about two months, been stuck on one task and I've not been able to fix it. Is this just a me issue??
I've had a couple of issues with the chocolate box getting stuck on the same task, but it corrected after I moved off the box and came back after passing a level. But I want to ask if you would consider letting us go back to choose a previous task . At the present once you hit change, and then you get to the 3rd change, that's it...you're stuck trying to complete that task. Also, could you make the flying disc or the fiesta easier to obtain? The chocolate box wants you to use them to win, but you seldom have them ( those that are within the game aren't counted). Thanks.
Mine is not fixed, it's been stuck for a very long time, several months now. I've cleared the cache a million times. Nothings fixed it.

Yes! The King team is working on the Chocolate Box issue from past few months now!! Apparently, this is a sticky glitch that is taking a while to send the fix😕
By any chance, do you have a 2nd device to play? Some players are experiencing this glitch on all their devices, but some are able to play the game on a 2nd device!!
Please keep an eye on the thread, where we are compiling complaints since July —> Chocolate Box stuck - Cannot collect Rewards🚫
Hopefully, the glitch will be fixed soon and you all can enjoy the game again🍫🍫
my chocolate box has been stuck for a month now. It got stuck on last challenge. I have written to customer support and complained a few times. They say they’re working on it
Have they fixed ur chocolate box mine has been stuck on the first challenge for2 months now
Thanks @Amy_Deemer. I have found that the issue you are suffering from has been going on since Oct 2023. Apparently the issue was supposed to have been fixed, but the issue refused to stay fixed
I don't think there is anything you can do to solve this issue yourself other than the basic clear your cache and browser history.
@QueenB is the issue of the Chocolate Box being stuck still being worked on?
Why after update games I don't have extra live and bonus?
Here is a picture. Even when I click change task, it just goes to collect purple candies and still says 140/140.
Can you share a picture of your Chocolate Box @Amy_Deemer that might help us understand what is going on. I don't think I have seen any other complaints similar to yours.

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
