Hey there @JONH10 . This has happened to me but in pyramid solitaire. I can't get it to play. It starts to open, then turns black and shuts off. I was able to download the game on my old phone that doesn't work correctly. I lost about 70 levels and a ton of boosters. But at least I can play. Very frustrating!

I'm really sorry about what happened in your game too, it's really very frustrating for us to want to play the game and then immediately something like a problem occurred and we can't play anymore.
