Hi there, @steventseng! My apologies, I had promised that I would speak in a discussion of my own to report about this problem in the "Support Area" and then I had forgotten it in my head. Because I had to say that my CCS game had now worked and no more of that screen that went dark when I opened the game on the Saga map.

But more than once, this happened to me when a pop-up event message appeared right when I clicked the "Play" button and the screen went dark.

However, this did not happen to me when updating the game to the latest versions, but in any case I am sorry for my delay in reporting this much later and showing it to the CCS forum moderators/managers.
