Cannot connect to App store

Question

I cannot access the app store.  When I try, I get a spinning circle.  I have the latest updates in the App store and Candy Crush Saga.  I have tried clearing my cache (from the Candy Crush app and the App store).  I have restarted my modem.  I have restarted my tablet.  I have removed the game and reinstalled it.  I am out of ideas!  What else is there to try?

Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. * Update the Game: Ensure you have the latest version of the game installed. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates. * Clear Cache: If you’re using an Android device, go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache.
