What has happened to the store..purchases and Tec support

The last two weeks purchasing made for gold pass upgrade...twice.  Purchase never received or unlocked. Then support...even tough recipts...screen shots sent. They claim I received comparable items.  When I didn't.  I am in llevel over 8000!!! Never had issues until their app store crashed.
