Hi all,
I'm new here but not new to the game. My account is linked to my Facebook to log in and I have friends on my friends list that are both linked via their Facebook accounts and just set up via an email address.
For around 2 weeks my friends that have accounts set up/logging in with an email address are not receiving any lives I'm sending. I'm still able to receive lives from them.
I have no issues in my friends receiving lives whose accounts are 'log in with Facebook' accounts.
Feedback from the friends that are not receiving lives are the same - My account in their friends' list shows my name with no profile picture, it also does not show my levels. They tell me it sometimes loads to a cartoon pic of a cat smoking a pipe (Just a game generated image) and never shows my Facebook profile picture.
It's frustrating to say the least, I enjoy sending my friends lives to help them - they're heavily into the game and one of the main reasons I joined is to help in their game journey and send lives/help. I'm considering just quitting the game.
I've tried logging out and back in, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail.
Can anyone help/has anyone experienced similar?

I'm having the opposite problem I think. I can send my friends lives ( I'm assuming they are recieving them) but I have not recieved any in a week. They have been playing everyday. Ethier they are ignoring me. Mabe they have the same problem since their card shows no lives sent, for any of them. Mabe they are bots…I hate wasting my time sending lives if no one is recieving them. If they are bots why keep them? It isnt as if I could ask them if they are real or bots. That would be werid.

My friends are definitely not bots as one's my mums account and one's my work colleague/best friend. I've asked others if they're receiving lives from me now as I think both of my mums accounts (One via FB, one via email) are now not receiving lives 😓.
Fingers crossed whatever is happening gets an update soon and stops!

I can click to send lives and it says 'life sent' and I can also accept a send life request but neither are reaching the recipients sadly. 😔

Being off my home wifi yesterday I wonder if many of these lives problems are part of the greater problem of ongoing connection errors.

It's all down to the connection. Candy Crush is excessively data hungry and it's getting worse with every update. It just doesn't work unless you have a reliable fast broadband connection.
Did we ever find out if every player gets the Sneaky Melon Duck? Or is it just those of us who linked through this community? I only get it for the first player in my list.

Don't worry about your avatar as people's avatar quite often don't appear as they should
For instance this is my game avatar, but I am fairly sure no one has ever seen it.
Just to let you know, I have received another life request from you and sent another life.
