I’m on 3513. The keys occasionally turn white! I’ve never seen them do that before. They spontaneously turn white and then turn back to their original color when it moves to a different space. Is it a glitch or is it on purpose?
Wow that is sooooooooo weird! Thanks for the print screen. I will forward this to a King Admin. I guess it's good that it can change back to its color but only when it gets moved right? It is definitely not on purpose because no one else wrote about this. It sounds like some kind of glitch. Does it happen with every level where you need the keys to open a locked thing? Or just every now and then?
This happens to me all the time. No rhyme or reason to it. For months now. Currently on level 3836.
It happened to me on level 3506. I thought it was a special ghost key for Halloween. Turned out to be my connection. I was using public WiFi at a hospital and when I got home to my own WiFi, my ghost keys went away. Kind of disappointing because they flashed and changed to colors and not all keys on the board were white at the same time. I was googling to see how to use them!
It’s happened to me off and on for the last few months. Just happened again - level 3836.
It happened to my game too last night. I don't think this would be a priority for the studio because the white key does turn into a color within a couple of moves.
I have the same thing!
I am going to notify the King Admin because this might be a new glitch! Thanks to all that posted here.
It happened to me last night too but only once. Once you make a move on the board it turns into a color again.
I keep getting the white key intermittently, too, on level 3506
Hi Videono1, when you go to respond back to me just above this box where you will type your message there are 3 icons. You are going to click on the middle icon which is to upload a picture. It should open up where you can search for your print screen and upload it here.
Hi Videono1, wow that is something that I haven't seen yet. I'm wondering if it has to do with a connection issue. Please keep an eye on this for us and try to capture a print screen showing this. I am going to keep an eye on it from my end too.

It was only on that level and I haven’t seen it on any other level. I’ll go play it again and try to get a screenshot.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
