same here except for the 39.99 purchase. Lost all powerups and lives that had been sent to me. Isn’t there a way to submit a request to restore?

I am assuming that you are playing the game on mobile devices. If you, you can send your complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear Icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon located in Settings window;
- Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
- Select an option that is suitable with the issue you are experiencing and click on it;
- Follow the steps & instructions provided there.
