On my newly formatted machine I've lost all levels, all played time, even the game ID, and, over all, I cannot even play the game because after installing the game from the Microsoft store I get a request of "Update game" that send me to the store where there are no updates available.
What can I do for at least try again all the levels? At least for have the game running again!

The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
and If you lose level progress Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.

Were you able to download the game on your new computer? Did you save the game either with Facebook or King account on your old PC?
Can you show me a screenshot of that “update the App” pop-up?

I don't keep ID screens so after the change I cannot recoder it anymore. I played with more accounts, but the main one is vanished and the game is back to start.
If I had ID saved somewhere, then I would already sent a ticket to support, but actually I can be happy to have the game at least running…
