I am sorry to hear that the basic troubleshooting steps did not help with the issue! I am wondering if your game is also stuck with the glitch that few other players are experiencing!!
It is being investigated by the Candy game Studio, but there is not fix yet! Please check the update by our Community In-charge posted on the 17th (click on the Green letters to open the comment).
Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon you all will be able to get back to having the fun with Chocolate Box feature again🍫🍫

I can understand the frustration about this long lasting glitch! Unfortunately, there is nothing we, as players, can do nothing but wait 🙃

Unable to clam the chocolate box since October 2023.. keeps saying connection error. I tried everything. It’s adding 3 clicks and time after every game. It’s so annoying.

the box of chocolate is stuck on the hand. if I use one hand it doesn't check any boxes, nothing happens, whether on mobile or on Facebook, the same.
ok will wait for the fix. Don't know how will we know that it is fixed now.

I am relieved to inform you that it was reported to the game Studio and they are investigating the issue. Please check our Community In-charge's latest comment —> HERE (click on the Green letters).
In the meantime, please try and see if closing the App - clearing Cache/offloading the App, resolves the issue temporarily!

It's happened again! Finally unfroze then boom back to the frozen chocolate box.
for months now I get locked out of the game at the chocolate box. Some days I can get 1 level in, but most stuck as soon as I open the game. I have logged out, shut my phone down and logged back in and it still get stuck. Help!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
