I'm not sure but it's the latest update as I checked all that.
I reset my phone and it worked until yet again the chocolate box game up and the whole thing freezes and you can do nothing. I had other problems when the game originally crashed however it seems they've been fixed but it's the chocolate box and I can't use any of the 30 minutes free gifts I get for logging in everyday so I'm losing gifts I can use. The chocolate box issue alone has beeb since 15th June 2024 at around 19:00 bst.

The earlier glitch with entire game was because the game was down (Saturday evening as per USA timings), which caused lot of issues for many players! Luckily, the King team worked quickly and resolved the issue.
Depending on the device you are using, please try —> clear cache/cookies; offload the App; delete history, etc.,
And with regards to the Chocolate Box issue — I have seen multiple complaints about this issue! Hence, I have reported to our Community In-charge, so that, they can give a heads-up to the game Studio.

No this was just an example.. I'm Frozen on this screen now but earlier it wouldn't load anything and I couldn't collect any gold bars and I'm missing out as I can't play any games due to it going straight to the photo above. It's the entire game that's now frozen but has been playing up eg not loading to certain things then would load some but not all and now this. Its still the same currently.

Are you aware that there have been problems since 14:00 yesterday? All day and early morning I've been trying and I've lost not only progress but also items In the game. It hasn't just been early hours is what I wanted you to know 😊

unable to play. As soon as I open game it brings the chocolate box and hangs. Did everything mentioned in similar post but nothing is working. I off loaded App, reinstalled it, restarted my iphone. Still error

I still can’t claim my Chocolate Box rewards. These are the messages I receive when I try.

Thanks for reporting this issue.
You can try the following simple troubleshooting steps that will normally fix the issue:-
1) please ensure that your app is of the latest version and that you don't have any connectivity issue. To check for updates, just go to the app stores in your phone and start updating it. Once the app is updated, please restart your device before you play; or
2) if your app is the latest version, exit from the app or close the app, wait for few seconds before clicking on the app, play a lvl, doesn't matter you pass or not, then go back to the activity tab and check on your chocolate box.
If you still can't claim your prize and the connection error messages still appear, kindly reply us back with the following details, so our Candy Mod in Charge can help you further:-
a) type and device model you're using to play your game;
b) your game ID, which you can get by clicking on the King's logo, that is above your profile pic, refer below.

I've tried every suggestion as well All suggestions take me in a circle right back to where I began. I’m beyond frustrated. Been playing this game for over 10 years 🙄
yeah. 11 years in and this last 30 days were by far the most frustrating with having to do extra 3 taps before and after each game and the waste of time on power ups 🤯
