why does some of the video ads lock up and I lose all my rewards?

Make sure that your internet connection good. Please check your latest version of game and device software. Try to clear cache of game, logout , then switch off atleast 2 mins, Open again. Login. If don't work this steps please mail player support area contact us. Thank you for joining us

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
