If I can't complete a level I don't have the option to continue - it says connecting to app store and never let's me use bricks to continue play

at end of level I get a spinning circle that says connecting to App Store. It won’t let me access my hold bars to continue with level. I’ve restarted my phone and the app. Signed in and out of app. What should I do?

Same here, all day. Tried clearing app cache (Android), restarting phone, logging in/out, etc... nothing works.
