Hello @king1299 and welcome to the community! Yes, you are correct! Level 255 is designed to trick you up into spending all your boosters and gold bars that the game gave you earlier. Levels up to 200 are easy to pass without boosters, then suddenly King put in these blocker levels. They are marked as "legendary" with fire. To pass these:
Wait for a lucky board. Kiara posted a video of one above. You will get a lucky board like that eventually. Usually when you have one life left, such as after 20 attempts.
Don't waste your starting boosters on legendary levels, and make the first move that the game recommends. Then watch out for a chance to make special candies (striped, wrapped, colour bombs) and create combos of those to clear the board. As the video shows you must be able to create a wrap/colour bomb combo to pass. It is NOT possible to do this on every attempt! It is only possible when the game gives you an easy board to help you pass. You need to watch out for that help.
Once you pass this level, try to earn gold by winning the episode races. Every player can win every episode race if they play the entire episode in 24 hours (ignore the opposition, they are not real). Then you have some gold to get past the next such blocker level.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
