How long will the Magic Shuffler be part of the bouns available to shuffle the board game items? I would rather not have the option as it slows the gameplay down and it's a feature that makes the gameplay unfair, in my opinion.

The button was temporarily removed from the game as the game Studio is running some tests! Hopefully, the test will end soon and you all will receive the button again!

The game is infuriating and unplayable without thr 2x button. I can't stand it like this. So irritating. King is ridiculous.

The speed up button is a feature that is currently being tested, so it may not always be available to all players. Unfortunately, there's no way to manually restore it if it disappears.
However, features like this often come back, so please keep an eye out for future updates.

I agree with you about the changes that are being brought into the game! I won't know about the features I don't have (Speed button, Top That, Candy Cup, etc.,), but I am with you about the Daily Treat Machine!
I did not get a chance to check all the complaints as I wasn't here this morning! I am wondering that the post QueenB answered could be one of the first complaints! And, because of that, the answer might have been more generic🤔
Let's wait until tomorrow (at least 4 more hours for the CMs to log back in) and I am sure that we will see an announcement in Support Area🙏
That is exactly why it is gone. Slow the progression down to drain more gold. "It is a test" is the template answer when they remove something.

It is the standard non answer cut and paste response.
I know why the change was done, they want to slow down the consumption of the content and extract more gold via the shuffler to balance out the other changes.
The problems are:

I am sorry to hear that the Speed button has disappeared from your game!
The feature is still in testing! If the game Studio has shuffled the players that receive the feature, that would be a reason for it to disappear from your game now! And also, there might be some changes coming to the feature and hence, it was switched off!!

The Magic Shuffler was supposed to be out of the game a while ago! Unless, the game studio sent to few players as a test🤔

The Speed Button is still being tested! I am not sure if the feature was moved to other groups of players or switched off!! We have received multiple complaints today!

What can they possibly be testing with a 2x button??? It's either there or it's not! What testing are they doing? This is all a scam to make more and more money off us. Especially those where they replaced it with that stupid reshuffler button that costs 3 bars or whatever. Ridiculous.
It's been removed on one of my devices. It's still there on my other 2 devices, but it's totally arbitrary and ridiculous. Why remove it for some players and not the others? What possible testing can they do with this button?? It's either there or it's not.

Some info about the Magic Shuffler:
The magic shuffler is an element in Candy Crush Saga that was released for many players (but not all) prior to being briefly scrapped before returning for some players in late 2023. It served as a replacement for the Shuffle booster. Its name was decided in a poll on King's website, which can be found here. It was released in May and June 2022 for players on certain devices. Most other players have received the booster as of September 2022. This booster was short-lived, existing for only 3-4 months before it first got scrapped before making a return to some players games in late 2023.

There are reports by many players about this issue. However it is not general, I checked my game and I have the button, so it did not affected all players.

Definitely! Infuriating and unplayable!
Bring back the 2x button please! So what if it's being tested?? Why can't some people have it and others you just remove it? Candy cup is impossible to follow or win in without this button. By the time one level finishes at snail speed 5 other people already move ahead of you bc they are getting through their levels twice as fast! It's useless to compete in any event without it. This testing excuse is ridiculous. King should be ashamed.

I checked in my game because of these reports and I as it is obvious in the following screenshot, I have the button!
