Money taken from Account

Last night at around 7 o'clock $33.96 was taken from banking account for gold bars. …  no gold bars were given.

It has been few hours since you replied back!  Did you receive your purchased Gold Bars or are you still waiting for those?

If you are still waiting, you will have to send a complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
* In the next screen, scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Look for the option "Did not receive my purchased items…" and click on it;
* Follow the steps & instructions provided there.

As an alternative, you can also contact the Apple Support directly and inquire about the purchase.
