Candy Crush Saga not loading on Edge following Windows 10 update

Hi, to play Candy Crush I log into my Facebook account on Edge and then click on Candy Crush Saga. Until last week I had no problems but my computer has been updated with the latest Windows 10 software and now when I try to log in through Facebook, the game screen is black and flashes. I have not been able to get a screen that I can see long enough to play. Can you please tell me how I might be able to fix this issue? Thanks

Hi @meeganjane thanks for letting us know. It sounds like an HTML5 problem, is the game still working well on other browsers?

Hi @meeganjane, is there a reason why you are not playing the game through Windows 10? Are you aware that you can get the game app through the Microsoft store when you have Windows 10? I haven't played through Facebook in a long time because of all the glitches. I play on the installed version on Windows 10 and I log in with the Kingdom? Have you ever played through the Kingdom before?

I have never used Edge to play the games. I only use Firefox for King games or Windows 10 to play if they are available through the Microsoft store.

Thank you @Pummy_Raj - unfortunately this does not help me. I am playing Candy Crush Saga by firstly opening Facebook www.facebook.com on my Edge browser and then clicking on Candy Crush Saga on the side bar of Facebook. The game loads and opens but the game screen just keeps flashing from black screen to game screen but it is not possible to play at all. Just out of intereste, I opened another King game (AlphaBetty, I think) and the same thing happens - flashing game screen. I do not have this trouble in Chrome or Firefox, only in Edge.
