I would think that in order for Player Support to find your mother's game they would need to know her login. Unfortunately I just cannot see how they would ever be able to find a specific game without this. They would need something to go on, either the email or the device. If you have neither how would it be possible to find the game without any identifying information?
I get it but all I can provide is account name and also email I'd was something like … is there no was they could find it with much information

Hello @Vaishnavi11 if you think you know the account name and email then that is all you need to get your mother's account back.
Download the game onto the new device and then just sign using her account name and email. If she has forgotten the password you can click the forgot password option.
My friend suggested me to provide a new email in which they could give the progress. In this scenario is it possible I'm really desperate tbh
This is possible but they would still need the details of the old account in order to start your new account at level 11,00. When they do this all the history of the old game is lost and every level is shown as being completed with two stars.
