I’ve had it for the last 1000 levels, as soon as i finish a race and start the next, the 4 others in the race have already finished, it’s jus one big scamming con, they owe me 1000’s of gold bars.
This also happens in the 1,2,3 weekly contest. Up against the same player about about 6 weeks in a row. Player named Guerra kept winning a ridiculous number of levels but not progressing in the game. Winning over 200 levels yet only progressing abou 30 in the game! 😡
I’ve got an issue with candy royal as well, only gave me 200 bars instead of 1000, i’m owed best part of 1500 up to now.

There is nothing the PS team can do! They won't even respond to our emails for this particular issue!!
My 2nd game is also stuck on this same glitch!! I still went ahead and played 5 more episodes! I kept sending complaints after finishing each episode!! Result is the same — no response from PS team for this particular issue!!
The players in my Race won't change and the situation won't change!! I won't receive the GB and even if I come in the first place, my profile icon will be flashing and once another player finishes the race, I will be moved down to 2nd place. Then, to 3rd place, and slowly to the bottom of the race, as if I did not win the race!!
QueenB said only remedy we can try for this glitch is to reinstall the game! But, I don't want to do that as I will lose my boosters & lives!!
Just FYI, along with @moose53, myself, there are 2 more players that are in the same situation!!
Let's try to get the moderators involved? @PummyRaj or @QueenB ? Any update for players who see that every time they start an episode race the same player has already finished it? Anything that can be done about it?

You need to get this fixed first before playing new episodes or else you will never get any gold bars credited! Have you tried Player Support? We can see you have a glitch there. It needs to get fixed and to get it fixed it needs reporting. This is a players forum so unless you check out with King it won't get fixed.

Yes I know there are many cheaters @koimoko. But the point is that this is not the case in the Episode Race, which is the event being discussed here. That is not a live event and does not involve any real players! Only images of recordings of players who King picked for us to "compete" against. Those are not bots nor cheaters, they are in fact just photographs put in the game by King!
There may real players not bot or else used mod

Those other players in the Episode Race are not real and are put in the game by King. There is no player cheating in those screenshots. The game is cheating @moose53 out of a deserved win of gold bars.
Hello @moose53 Those are some interesting screenshots. You are not the first player to report this phenomenon here. I find it very interesting that it is the same player on each occasion that is placed in the event as an automatic winner. I would suggest you send those screenshots to player support. Do this by going through settings in your app. Click on the ? icon in settings, then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom of the page. Then choose the right topic and send your complaint. Ignore the first automated email but if you don't get reply from a real person within two days answer to the email with your screenshots. Keep replying to any useless email you receive with your screenshot evidence attached and hopefully eventually you will get someone at King to look into your game and fix this glitch. If no luck then if I were you I'd stop playing and delete the app. Candy Crush is unplayable if you can't win gold in the episode race.
King is not sensitive to cheating players

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Like many others I was one tape away from completing the event and now it has vanished early. I wasted so much time, gold and boosters on this event to have it unfairly disappear with 20 hours left. Please fix this ASAP. There should still be some time left.

why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
