When I click to use my treasure hunt, my entire game is locked up and I have to close down my game and restart it.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the Treasure Hunt feature in your game!
Does the screen becomes Grey when you click on the button to open Treasure Hunt? If so, if you restart the game, does that screen goes away?This glitch was reported to the game team. But until it is fixed, you might have to keep doing what you are doing right now😕 (OR just not open the Treasure Hunt feature at all like me😅)!!
Can you please tell me which device you are using and which version of the App do you have right now? Also, please provide your game ID number, so that I can add your name to the list of the players that are experiencing this glitch.

That screen only comes up when teying to open the Treasure Hunt for bonus prizes. All other pages, animations, and the game itself open and function normally. My device is an Android (Samsung Galaxy S21) and has plenty of storage available. The game updated recently (mayne a few weeks ago) and there was still no fix to this glitch. I tried logging out/in previously which didn't fix it. I also uninstalled/reinstalled (which really was not fun to lose the rest of my bonus prizes I had accrued over 4 years. The reinstallment fixed the issue for a few days but it went back to this screen soon after.

Bonjour @vivi1967, des problèmes avec la chasse au trésor se produisent depuis septembre 2023 et pendant tout ce temps, King n’a pas résolu le problème.
Je crains que le conseil officiel ne soit juste de redémarrer votre jeu. Bien que cette approche puisse fonctionner, elle ne résoudra pas le problème sous-jacent, de sorte que votre jeu peut se figer à nouveau.@QueenB is there any reason King isn't taking the issue of the Treasure Hunt freezing people's game seriously?
