I've passed two levels now and accepted the 30 bars each time but the game never gave it to me

Can you tell me the feature you are playing? By any chance, is it Candy Royale?
If so, the pop-up you have received with 30 bars would be the game informing how many gold bars you might be receiving as of that level. You will have to pass either 6 or 8 or 9, etc., number of levels and finish the race to collect the Gold Bars.
If you open the Events folder, you will be able to see the Candy Royale Race and how many more levels for you to finish to collect the final jackpot of Gold.
You will also see a Gold Trophy (kind of icon) in your game map screen at the level, where the race ends.
If you can show a screenshot of the feature in your Events folder, I can check and confirm for you👍️

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
