You will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request to reimburse your missing Gold Bars. If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game.

You will be receiving an automated email, which is a norm when we send our complaint. Please do not delete that email but, send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue a bit more. If you saved any screenshots, attach those with your reply.
An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)!

The question mark in the game doesn't do anything, I don't get the "my purchases" option, so I haven't been able to make a claim.
I want to clarify that I have not bought the golden bars, I have won them.
If I can make the claim another way, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how. Thank you.

Sometimes, the ? icon acts glitchy and becomes unresponsive. I think that is what's happening to you too.
Please try again and if the icon is still unresponsive, close the game —close the App — restart the device after shutting down for 2 - 5 minutes and try again. It should work now.
And, unfortunately, no! This is the only way we can send our complaints from the game.
