Hi,

(1) Which device are you using?

-Samsung S22

2) Which version of the App do you have right now?

1.281.0.2

3) Does your screen become grey only after you try to open the Treasure Hunt or the Events folder itself acts like that?

After I try to open the Treasure Hunt.

4) If it is the Treasure Hunt feature only, does the screen become grey as soon as you click on “open” button or after the feature opens?

-The screen become grey as soon as I click on open button.

-Yes, treasure hunt only and screen become grey as soon I click on open button.

Voici 3 fois que je pose la question et toujours pas de réponse...la chasse au trésor est bloquée, l'écran se fige quand j'appuie dessus…pouvez vous me dire ce qu'il se passe. Merci.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Treasure Hunt feature!

I have attended another complaint yesterday with the same issue as in your game! I have reported this to our Community In-charge, but did not receive any update yet!

Can you please tell me which device you are using and which version of the App do you have right now? Please give me these details for now. If our Community In-charge needs any other details, I will get back to you. But, we will have to wait till Monday to hear back from them please🙏

It's been doing the same thing for me for past month. I tried several things including uninstall app. It would run fine for 2 days, then starts freezing again when I click on Treasure Hunt.
