I am not able to watch adds at all with “treasure hunt”
My app is updated to the latest version. It does not let me watch adds. When I click on treasure hunt my screen is like tinted and stuck like this

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch in your game!
Can you please clarify something for me? Are you getting that “Grey” screen only when try to open the Treasure Hunt? Are all other features working fine?
Which device are you using? Do you have the latest version of the App version and the latest software on your device as well?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please give me few details?
(1) Which device are you using?
(2) Which version of the App do you have right now?
(3) Does your screen become grey only after you try to open the Treasure Hunt or the Events folder itself acts like that?
(4) If it is the Treasure Hunt feature only, does the screen become grey as soon as you click on “open” button or after the feature opens?Please post back and let me know these details for me to report to our Community In-charge!
