I can’t connect my game to App Store

I have waited now for two weeks and this game still will not connect to the App store on Windows 11 PC or Kindle Fire 10 13th Generation. Due to the inability to use gold bars to help get through levels, I choose to not play them. Soon there will be no reason to play the game.
Have been getting the same message for awhile. Since I don’t want to risk losing my episode win streak, I will only play old levels to earn boosters until this problem is fixed. It’s gotten very boring. Please fix this.
ha..there was a new update today for CCS and it’s still not working !!!
Been having the same problem for a week now. So guess what I can't play the game as almost every level requires me to use gold bars or boosters and I can't access them. It is so frustrating. Please fix this soon!

Exactly!!!We are all being ignored!!Always same answers and nothing is helping.They are even not trying to fix the issue.
Dear Candy Crush.
We have all tried clearing the cache, turning Wi-Fi off/on, using a different Wi-Fi connection, using data connection, updating the game, check the device settings……. But to no avail. There are just more and more people reporting the same issues of no boosters pre/post game. Unable to use boosters. Unable to buy boosters. Unable to give lives to friends. The list goes on.
Would you do the decent thing and get regular updates on here. As it feels like we are all just being ignored.

Yes. Boosters are stored in your local app cache and will be gone if you remove/reinstall the game.

I don’t get it what’s the problem!Just know that since I last updated the game it started with no connection to the App Store from day 2! Very annoying and frustrating!
It is like they don't care I asked them at least 5 times if they were hacked and I don't believe for a minute it takes this long to fix it…

There are a few key reasons why Candy Crush might be having a tough time connecting to the App Store. It could be something as simple as a poor network connection or as complex as an outdated app version.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account
Start by checking device system status, then check for internet connectivity issues, VPNs interfering, time and date settings, DNS errors, outdated software, or network settings. You might also want to try restarting your device and signing out of the App Store.
If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it.

Try following steps if your internet connection good, check YouTube video if internet works properly
Logout device, switch off atleast 2 mins, login if don't work, mail player support area contact us

And I would also really like to save my game progress but I'm still not able to due to the game not being able to connect to the internet. As you can see in the bottom right hand corner, I do indeed have WiFi and I'm using it now…

Yes same here!!! I've been stuck on a level and I have 30 bars. Super annoying. And can not purchase anything. It won't even show me the app store. And this has been an issue for months!!
After a couple of frustrating weeks, the last update (7/17) fixed it for me BUT it wasn't automatic. I did the following AFTER getting the update:

we are already logged out from CC while it says already mentioned that we are not connected!!So nothing helps and we did already so many turn off and again on!It would be nice that they fix it so it works for everyone!!

when is this going to be fixed? Although I have boosters, not enough to get me past all the harder levels in an episode, since I can’t access my 260 gold bars. I won’t dare to log out of my account to risk losing all my boosters. Soon I’ll just be doing the daily booster claims & that will be it for the day. Please fix this
Having the same problem. error connecting to app store. Had same problem a few months ago but it was corrected. Now it's happening again
For your information I am currently unable to play new levels because for the past few days, on and off, I have been getting the dreaded "contacting app store" screen as well, on both of my iOS devices. So now starting a tricky level and using boosters is a gamble, because you never know if you will get to finish it. I have saved up enough gold bars to play on, and many levels are designed to be passed by using gold bars, so this is a strategy I now cannot use. This is a major, major issue which needs fixing urgently. Surely it must be costing King a lot of profit if players can't make purchases? Not being able to contact the app store at the level failed stage makes Candy Crush unplayable and any player who has encountered this error is a fool to continue playing until this gets fixed.
I have purchased gold bars, completed level twice, but game keeps making me repeat the same level, even though I passed the level and the game took my gold bars, but didn’t progress me forward.
I haven't been able to connect to the store for a few weeks
I started this account a few days ago after playing on another account for 10 years. I keep having connection issues on this one, I only play this one on a laptop so not connected on a phone. Very frustrating.

I cancelled and installed again the app and level 12050 completely changed! this sounds crazy
