Game hangs at "Keep Playing" "Contacting App Store".
How to I get past "Contacting app store" as It will not proceed to allow use of gold bars or contact app store?

Connection error to the Candy Store is an issue that some players are experiencing from past few weeks. I am wondering may be you are also experiencing the same issue!
Please do not delete your game App, as it does not resolve the issue.
Please wait till the issue to be fixed which can be soon and keep an eye on our main thread where the updates will be posted about this issue —> Error connecting to Store.

Unfortunately, until the Candy game Studio fixes the issue on their side, you will not be able to get past this glitch😕
Please keep checking this main thread for updates on the issue —> Error connecting to Store.
Could someone working to correct this issue please provide a daily update on progress? If not daily, every other day, weekly, monthly, yearly? At lease we would know when to check back……

Yes! The King team is working on the issue!
But, I understand your frustration! I will inform our Community In-charge and either she or I will provide an update at least weekly🙏
I have experienced this as well @Nana6Claire this weekend. What is really strange, @PummyRaj , is that I do have a connection to the app store to make purchases but at the same time when I reach the end of a level and fail, this screen pops up.
So this seems to be a glitch that only affects the play on function at the end of a level and is different from the usual "can't connect to app store" problem when it affects all transactions that require using the app store. It is very odd. My game also hangs up on this page repeatedly. Something needs fixing:
If I can't play the game, count me out on being sweet here in the community. I hope King will fix these issues today or tomorrow.
I have had this issue now for over 3 weeks. Despite responding to community threads and asking questions there has been no updates.
Appreciate it is being worked on in the background but would be nice to get the occasional update.
