That level does not exist, which is why you were asked if you have made a mistake. Perhaps you could share a screenshot of your map please? If an advert is causing you trouble don't open ads for a few days and hopefully it will get fixed soon next time King update the app.

I am not sure how you are playing 20,555 - which is 3000+ levels more🤔

no it is 20555. To get extra plays you must watch these stupid videos and then they get stuck so you have to exit game

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
