The chocolate box is stuck. Cannot collect rewards and it stalls the game, making me have to close out of it and restart the game.

You are not alone with this issue! We have other players that are stuck with this glitch!
The Candy Studio team is aware about it and running their investigation. Hopefully, we will receive some news soon!! Please keep an eye on our main thread where we are compiling all the complaints about this issue —> Chocolate Box is Stuck/frozen
But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
