I have the same experience as you @Amoonmoon. Haven't seen this feature in my game in at least a month. I more often than not passed the levels for my friends when I did have it, so I'm thinking King's tracker tracked that and removed the feature from my game so I couldn't help my friends by sending boosters for their stuck level anymore.

Greetings @cookiemae! I do not have a tablet or an ipad but I think that they are a slightly different mobile version of the game. I have long wondered how different is the game on these from my mobile phone? No one has answered this question for me. Don't really want to buy a tablet to find out. Being the "Executive Director of Special Activities" in my household, means I get to handle all the problems with all our devices. However, if I had won one (there have been contests here) well, I would know now. Hehe!

I have recieved it about 4 times so far, never been able to pass the levels to help them. I personally don'don't understand how this feature is suppossed to help them. Giving a few boosters? You kidding me? I can see a few gold bars or actually passing that level, perhaps a party booster (piniata shaped thing) but as it is now is annoying. And you can't even request help. Definitely needs more features or Id be tempted to simply ignore it, which is a shame.
