What is happening with the Chocolate Box?  Is it freezing when you try to open it?  OR are you missing the rewards after finishing the tasks?

If it has been freezing, stuck on the screen and not letting you play the game, or you have been filling the tasks but, it won't change — this issue is being investigated by the Candy Studio team.  You can find all about it —> HERE.

If the tasks are working properly, but you are experiencing issues with the "Rewards", the players are advised to contact the Player Support team for their missing goodies.

Below steps are to follow on a mobile device:

* Open the game app and go to the settings menu - Pink Cogwheel (gear icon).
* Tap on the "?" and select the topic of the issue, In this case, select Lost Progress;
* Select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue.
