This is the 2nd time this has happened. I got an email saying that I have a new progress banner. Sooo, I did what I did last time, replayed level 7500 and cleared that level again, restarted the game and NOTHING!!! I'm so friggin tired of this! It also cost me boosters to replay the level. This is stupid!

We receive the Milestone banner only for levels at "thousands"! That's why, you did not receive any new badge after playing level 7500! If you do not have the 7000 banner on your profile icon, please replay 7000 and win it. Then, you will achieve badge.
The email you have received is just to encourage the players but nothing more!
I have the 7000 banner and have completed level 7503. An email notified me that i have received the 7500 banner. However after replaying level 7500, the 7000 banner will not update to 7500.
I have read a few posts of other players getting this kind of email. Why King send out nonsense emails like that is beyond me @PummyRaj ! But yes, this is not the first such post I have read and replied to saying what you just stated: There is no such badge. It does not exist. @TexasRose80 those are automated emails that some outdated AI at King sends out to players. I am afraid it's best to ignore them. I have long chosen to opt out of emails from King.
We used to have this in Farm (FHS) too, Christine! I think it has stopped now as I did not receive any email in last 1000 levels!

Hi @PummyRaj this issue has been going on since 2022, so it is nothing new. As Christine says it is just the result of a misleading/badly written automated email sent by King
@TexasRose80 if you don't see Tiffi appear in your game saying congratulations here is your badge then there is no badge.
Sorry @PummyRaj but unlike Alienscar I don't keep track of any of my replies of the past and wouldn't know where to start looking for any specific post I made weeks or months ago.

Yes! I am aware about these emails! But, I did not receive any! May be old players do not have this additional privilege😄
