The Ads videos are still in testing, because of which all players do not have it the same time! Once your friends' turn is over, you might receive them sometime in the future. But, nobody knows how long this testing period lasts!
So, as players, all we can do is make sure that the device we are using has updated software version; our game App is updated to the latest version, there is at least 2 GB free space on the device and we are actively playing the game. All these will increase our chances to receive the Ads or any other new features.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
