I have no idea how that could be the case @ianjons and it is rare for someone to post twice about this issue when it involves different players at the top.
Issues like this have occured in the past and it is always King's fault. Combining the multiple accounts of players is one cause of this issue, but when the scores are as high as 11,000 it could be that once again King has mixed up a players' score from a feature (Ready, Steady, Win in this case) with their level completion score.
Invariably King will not do anything about this until it is too late. That is, they might investigate and fix the issue, but they will not remove the high score from your Weekly Contest to allow you to finish first.
All you can do is use the Report Abuse button that you can see at the bottom of this page to report your problem.
@QueenB why isn't the issue of scores in the Weekly Contest being impossibly high being taken seriously and investigated by King?
