Candy Crush jumps over levels I haven’t played

I changed phone, and now Candy Crush jumps over unplayed levels every time I have a pause in playing. It jumps every time to the first level of next section and gives one star to unplayed levels.

I have already restarted my phone, changed my password and deleted the app and downloaded it again. I have iPhone14.

Please help me, I don’t want to skip levels. Thanks in advance!

This is a weird glitch which can only resolved by the King Player Support team.

NOTE: First, please take few screenshots to show them.

Now, send a complaint directly from your iPhone following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
Go down to "Game Progress" and click on it;
Click on any one of the suitable options and click to open it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and send your complaint.

My gold dissaperad
I had around 500 gold before i logged in with Apple then all the gold dissaperad. Pelase help

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything

How to play on my laptop
I used to be able to play candy crush on my laptop by going in through Facebook. Now it takes me to a website and I can't figure out how to play except on my phone or iPad on the app. Can someone tell me if it is possible to play on my laptop or desktop?
Niveau 8061 impossible.
