Which device are you using? Can you please explain a bit more about what is happening?
Do you see any error message? If so, can you post a screenshot of that error message? Please make sure to block any of your personal details (like your name, card number, etc.,) while posting screenshot.

I have tried via Google……no luck. Why can't this be a simple update on your end???????

King don't actually deal with payments? It goes via a third party agent, such as google playstore or Apple, if payment is denied they are the ones you need to contact.
Where did you see or receive this notice? Did it pop up while you were playing Candy Crush??? Did you press the link "Learn more"?
