If you are playing the game on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
Select a suitable option and click to open it;
Once that topic opens, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Now, fill the form and send your compliant.

Since you are sending complaint directly from your game, the Player Support team will receive your email address and the game ID number👍️

I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. Which device are you using to play the game?

I had already did all of these steps. The purchase does not show up in my purchase history because I used 7 gold bars that were already in my account.
