If you are playing the game on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select a suitable option and click to open it;
• Once that topic opens, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Now, fill the form and send your compliant.

Since you are sending complaint directly from your game, the Player Support team will receive your email address and the game ID number👍️
